With pride of place along the main Northampton high street and formerly known as the notorious ‘Wedgewood’, this late 19th century building had undergone some major, poor quality structural changes over the years.
The property had suffered from a serious lack of investment and was in a considerable state of disrepair prior to being acquired by S&N.

Dickinson Waugh were commissioned to transform this building with its impressive facade into Northampton’s hottest night time venue.

Significant structural stabilisation works were required before the building could be opened out to allow for the resulting impressive 2 storey operation.
